For many, the traditional January 1st goal-setting doesn’t feel right—it’s often cold, dark, and we’re still in recovery mode from the prior year’s efforts. Waiting until the air warms, the sun shines a bit more, and nature signals the start of a new growing season can create the perfect environment to set fresh intentions.
In this workshop, participants will establish New Year goals with the support of Tibetan healing sounds, qigong movements to inspire creativity, and dedicated time for journaling or sketching ideas for 2025. The session includes a 2025 calendar, a choice of a meditative crystal, and refreshments. Participants are welcome to bring their own journals or sketchbooks.
Three additional seasonal sessions will be offered throughout the year to reflect on progress, adjust goals, and renew focus, providing ongoing support and a community of shared encouragement. This series encourages reassessment, adjustments as needed, and the chance to build and share strategies for manifesting a fulfilling year.
