Healing Sound Bath & Meditation
This relaxing and nourishing sound bath is just what you need! It’s what we ALL need. Taking time to step away from our busy lives and brains just for a moment can recalibrate the nervous system. And give you the energy you need to feel more balanced and connected to your life. Sound healing instruments such as koshi chimes, singing bowls and gongs provide unique tones that guide you into a meditative state. In this relaxed state we often receive clarity and release stored tension in the body. We also feel the vibrations from these instruments which is very soothing and helps us to be more present in our bodies. In this sound healing offering we will begin with intention setting, connecting to our breath and a few gentle stretches. Then everyone can get comfy and enjoy all the beautiful sounds. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. We’ll have plenty of blankets and props.

2025 Vision Board Workshop
For many, the traditional January 1st goal-setting doesn’t feel right—it’s often cold, dark, and we’re still in recovery mode from the prior year’s efforts. Waiting until the air warms, the sun shines a bit more, and nature signals the start of a new growing season can create the perfect environment to set fresh intentions.
In this workshop, participants will establish New Year goals with the support of Tibetan healing sounds, qigong movements to inspire creativity, and dedicated time for journaling or sketching ideas for 2025. The session includes a 2025 calendar, a choice of a meditative crystal, and refreshments. Participants are welcome to bring their own journals or sketchbooks.
Three additional seasonal sessions will be offered throughout the year to reflect on progress, adjust goals, and renew focus, providing ongoing support and a community of shared encouragement. This series encourages reassessment, adjustments as needed, and the chance to build and share strategies for manifesting a fulfilling year.

Poses will be sequenced to open and clear out stagnation in the body. Energy Flow & Sound Healing
In this yoga/qigong fusion experience we will learn how to weave qigong teachings into our yoga practice. Both lineages blend beautifully together and are tools to feel into our life force energy.
