When our Throat Chakra is blocked it leads to fear. Fear of public speaking, or speaking our truth, communicating our
preferences and boundaries, standing up for ourselves and others. Instead, we may find ourselves
being untrue to ourselves, over-opinionated, seen but not heard, criticizing ourselves as well as others, and often telling a disempowering story about our lives.

In the fifth of my seven-series Chakra Workshops, we’ll be taking a deep dive into the throat chakra giving you clear understanding of the importance of a balanced throat chakra and how to unblock it using traditional yogic modalities.

Unlike other workshops, I will also give you a Super Power, another holistic modality called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a scientifically and clinically proven mind-body modality that works with your nervous system to turn down the stress response. Thus, empowering you to free your Chakras from blocked negative emotions (energy-in-motion), leading you to well-being.
You will leave feeling liberated and empowered to use your authentic voice.

Plan to attend the rest in this series! I will provide a grounding practice and a guided workbook that will give you the skills and everyday tools to revisit this chakra in order to keep it balanced.
