Join Julie for a special Day of the Dead-themed yoga class, where we honor and celebrate life, loved ones who have passed, and the cycle of renewal. This mindful flow will offer a space to connect with your ancestors and reflect on the beauty of life’s transitions.
Altar (Ofrenda) Creation
The studio will open at 8:30 AM to allow time for the setup of a collective altar (ofrenda). We invite you to bring a small item that holds personal significance to place on the altar. Here are some suggestions:
A photo of a loved one who has passed
Candles or incense
Flowers (especially marigolds)
Personal mementos or small keepsakes
A favorite food or beverage offering for your loved one
Anything else that symbolizes your connection to those you've lost
Post-Class Refreshments
After class, we’ll gather to enjoy some delicious Mexican sweet breads (pan dulce), symbolizing the sweetness of life and memory.
Bring your open heart, and together let’s honor this beautiful tradition.
Reserve your spot now and invite your friends and family.
This class is included in Unlimited Memberships, Class Packages, Class Pass, and Be Here Now (Drop In $15)
