Do your knees get your attention during your practice ? Do they call your attention doing some of your favorite things? Often times these unstable, but crucial joints need some help. Whether it be a modification, a prop, supporting muscle activation or just plain rest , this workshop will help guide you through getting these athletic (or arthritic!) knees to a healthy and safe spot. Not only will we be reviewing the anatomy of the knee, but will explore poses that encourage proper kinetics and supporting muscle activation to help stabilize these over worked joints. Remember - you don’t need to have had a knee replacement to join!
