Join me as we explore all that yoga is, learn all that the breath can do for us, and gain a deeper understanding of foundational postures. We’ll even have a “Myths & Meanings” Q&A each week to once and for all answer the question: What the heck does that mean? This 4-part workshop will expand the foundation of your yoga practice.

Week 1: Foundation & Stability
Week 2: Grounding Through the Feet
Week 3: Creating Space
Week 4: Finding Balance
Each session includes:
- Discussion related to the Theme for that session (see above)
- Instruction/practice for a pranayama OR Instruction/practice for meditation
- “Workshop” a set of poses, including form/alignment, use of props, variations, and “Myths and Meanings” (terms/phrases used in yoga)
